Use of the service is governed by the terms of use. Processing of personal data is governed by the privacy policy and the consent accepted at registration. All documents apply in the wording published on this page; each document states when it was last changed.

Requests
Claims, requests to correct or delete personal data, withdrawal of consent and any legally significant correspondence go to the address in the details below. A data subject's request is answered within ten working days of receipt, extendable once by no more than five working days with notice to the applicant.
A question about how the service works is resolved faster through support, but only a letter to the address in the details counts as legally significant.
