Consent to Personal Data Processing
Revision of August 27, 2026.
This consent is given under Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" and is accepted by completing registration in the env-master Service (https://env.aistastudio.ru) — by pressing the account creation button, or by accepting an organization invitation with account creation.
1. The data subject
An individual completing registration in the Service (the "Subject") — on their own behalf, or on behalf of and on the instructions of the organization they represent.
2. The operator

3. Purpose of processing
Registration and maintenance of the Subject's account in the Service, email confirmation, providing access to the Service and organizations, keeping the audit log, maintaining the security of the Service, and communication with the Subject — email-confirmation and invitation letters and answers to their inquiries.
4. List of personal data
- email address;
- display name;
- password — exclusively as a non-reversible hash;
- account creation date and email-confirmation flag;
- up to 50 most recent addresses (IP) the account was signed in from;
- session details: refresh token hashes;
- audit log records: actor, event type, time, address (IP), client type; for secret operations — key names and an impersonal value fingerprint, without the values themselves;
- the content of inquiries sent to the Operator.
5. Actions with personal data
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, correction (update, change), retrieval, use, transfer to the parties listed in the Privacy Policy (https://env.aistastudio.ru/en/legal/privacy), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction — by automated and non-automated means.
6. Term of the consent
The consent is valid while the account exists. After account and data deletion — for the periods set by the Privacy Policy.
7. Withdrawal of consent
The consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to env-master@aistastudio.ru from the account's email address or by letter to the Operator's registered office. After withdrawal the Operator stops processing based on consent and erases the data as set out in the Privacy Policy; processing in cases prescribed by law may continue.
The Subject confirms having read the Privacy Policy (https://env.aistastudio.ru/en/legal/privacy) and the Terms of Use (https://env.aistastudio.ru/en/legal/terms), and gives this consent freely, by their own will and in their own interest.
